Spanish luxury packaging specialist Salinas buys Arteos

The operation, whose value has not been disclosed, was finalised on January 31. Arteos is based in Torrejón de Ardoz, near Madrid, and its acquisition will bring to Salinas another 50 employees and a 3,000-square-metre production plant. The newly bought factory generates an annual revenue of €6 million. In a press release, Salinas said it decided to buy the Arteos plant chiefly to satisfy “its clientèle’s demand for new products.” Salinas added that it plans to generate close to €50 million in revenue in fiscal 2024. To do so, it intends to broaden its product range and output capacity, and offer a wide selection of services to its client brands and retailers.
